After a decade of working on centre’s throughout the UK and Europe, in September 2010 Toolbox Marketing were invited to tender on the new arc shopping centre in Bury St Edmunds, just 11 miles from our Suffolk HQ. So naturally, when we found out we were to be appointed, we were delighted.

August 2010 marked 10 years of business for Europe’s largest retail destination agency. In its first decade, the Toolbox team has grown steadily from just 2 in 2000 to more than 30 in 2010.
